Beena Advani is the Chief Financial Officer for Advani Group of Companies. She is the Managing Trustee of Chinmaya Mission and is a Certified Ashtanga Yoga Teacher. She is the former president of Indian Ladies Club (a social outreach organization) and is passionate about helping others optimize their interpersonal communication skills. Her hobbies include Latin dance and cooking.

Kanchana Akhouri

Transformational Coach (Human Potential Value); COO, Development Sector
Trained as a business Economist she has handled diverse portfolios across functional domains and industries. She has over 20+ years of experience working with large telecom setups, Education and IT & ITES sectors across functions in sales, business development, transition & change management, Staffing & resource management. In her current role as the Chief operating officer, Smarter Good she works closely with the developmental non profit sectors across the world helping setup effective organizations and creating greater social impact. She is a trained and ICF accredited life coach to corporate professionals, young adults & individuals for personal development & growth and most of her work in these areas has been focused on transformative thinking through human potential value management. Philippines has been home to her and her family since 2010.

Smita Cherian

 Corporate Professional KPO Sector; Crisis Manager & Implementation Expert
Smita moved to the Philippines 12 years ago as a trailing spouse. She has a Masters in Economics & Business Development and has over 20+ years of experience working with Investment Banks, Law Firms, Financial institutions in the outsourcing domain. She has catered to Client across geographies by providing strategic outsourcing solutions, implementation and management that has provided sustainable results and growth. Through the adaptation of six sigma methodologies, Smita advocates continuous process improvements that create an environment of Operational excellence.

Priyalashmi Murugesan

 Business consultant; Human values educator

An independent business consultant for BPO and managed services start-ups. Been in the Philippines since 2006. She has over 16 years of experience in the BPO industry in various capacities which include operations, program management, process improvement and business development. Besides her professional commitments, she is also a human values educator, serving as administrator for Sathya Sai Elementary School, which provides free education to Filipino children. A trained classical dancer and singer and continues to organize and perform regularly at cultural events.

Shruti Bhaskar

 Entrepreneur; Interior Designer
An entrepreneur and trained Interior designer, Shruti runs her very own atelier, S&S Accents and Accessories. She is also a passionate educator specializing in Elementary school curriculum. She has served as the Chairperson of the GEB or Parent Advisory Board at the German European School, Manila. Prior to this, as she was based in Clark Pampanga, she was the Director of Curriculum Design at Westfields International School in Angeles. All in all she has been in the Philippines, for a total of 11 years.

Sharon Vaswani

 Doctor of Optometry; Global Interfaith Leader
Born and brought up in the Philippines, Sharon was educated in both Development Studies and Doctor of Optometry in line with her goal of wanting to make effective contributions to society. More than just a healthcare professional, she is also the current Chairwoman of Fortis Medi Pharmaceutical, Inc – a manufacturing plant for pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices. From a young age, she has also been involved with people from different regions and backgrounds as an active Global Interfaith leader affiliated with the United Religions Initiative and now proudly with I-WE.

Sheila Chatlani

Treasurer

She has been the VP for Admin and Finance in their family-owned business since 1983. Sheila is also engaged part time in private investments like govt. securities and others investments since 1990. She has also been handling leasing activities of family owned residential and office spaces since 1988. All this makes her the
